Edvance is a member-benefit organization that works with Unions and other organizations to provide discounted education to union members and their families.
What is the Union College Benefit?
The Union College Benefit is low-cost tuition with multiple partner schools offering a wide range of associate and bachelor's degrees. All offered programs are 100% online to union members and their families.
Who is eligible for the benefit?
Union members in good standing and their families are eligible if their union is participating in Edvance's Union College Benefit. Family includes spouse, siblings, children, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, etc.
We will verify you or your family member's union status when you are registered for classes.
Is this an online program?
All of our options are online programs.
How do I apply?
Applying is a streamlined process. You should have already received a link to apply to the school based upon the information you provided to Edvance, your gateway to the Union College Benefit. If you have not received this please connect with our student success team to assist you. Please keep in mind that each school may have its unique requirements and procedures, so it's crucial to thoroughly review the admission guidelines provided by your selected college.

What are the costs?
The tuition with union benefits depends on the program and school that you attend. The discount is up to 50% and most books are included unless otherwise indicated.
I am not an U.S. Citizen. Can I take advantage of the Union College Benefit?
You must reside in the US to submit your application, you do not have to be a US citizen. However, it is important to note that if you are NOT a US citizen you will have to pay out of pocket.
