This Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is designed to equip you with the necessary core skills — leadership, teamwork, organizational behavior, etc. — upon which you will build your understanding of how to apply these principles in various organizational settings.

Whether you want to become a business owner or manager within an organization, the principles of leadership and historical examples will prepare you to rise to positions of influence in your career. As part of your studies, you will attend the Forum at SEU, Southeastern's annual leadership conference that brings together some of the world's greatest visionaries to discuss servant leadership. In addition, you will complete a minor to help you succeed in a variety of career fields.

Career possibilities include consultant, quality and process manager, campaign development manager, events director, corporate trainer, management consultant, management analyst, corporate recruiter, and international team manager.
