What You'll Learn
This online graduate degree in nursing will provide students with the academic knowledge, skills, and expertise to become nurse leaders in diverse healthcare and academic environments. Graduates will be eligible to apply for the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Nurse Executive Certification Examination. The program consists of specialty and clinical courses. This program is for licensed registered nurses (active, unrestricted license) who have a Master of Science in Nursing degree and are interested in advancing their careers in pursuing healthcare leadership and administrative positions.
Career Preparation
Become eligible to apply for the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Nurse Executive Certification Examination or the American Organization of Nursing Leaders (AONL) Executive Nursing Practice Certification. Our post master's curriculum includes MSN core courses designed to help you learn what it means to be a decision maker influencing big-picture organizational changes. All lecture classes are delivered online, and the program includes 135 total clinical hours.

The post master's nursing leadership and administration certificate program is open to registered nurses who:
