This concentration prepares you for compliance management while training you to exercise ethical judgment in the governance and operation of your company. An MBA Business Ethics Concentration will give you the knowledge to act and speak with confidence when dealing with issues related to business ethics and corporate compliance and responsibility.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

The DEIB concentration was designed with internationally renowned DEIB practitioners, experts and authors. The results: a multi-layered approach to training and engaging the entire corporation, including the board of directors, C-suite and department heads.

Finance

Cambridge College's online MBA with a concentration in Finance is academically rigorous and is taught from both a theoretical and applied point of view by experienced finance managers and academic experts. This concentration prepares you to apply business strategies to finance, management, record keeping, critical response mechanisms and more within corporate, banking, government and nonprofit agencies.

Global Finance Trading

Using both theoretical and applied methods, the online MBA Global Finance Trading concentration prepares you to explore the field of global finance trading. You will begin to acquire the knowledge and skills to devise and execute trading strategies to hedge for different global business exposures, including transaction and economic exposures.

Healthcare Management

In this concentration, you'll take three specialized courses in a variety of relevant healthcare topics. You can tailor your healthcare course selection to focus on a particular sub-area of healthcare, such as finance and risk management, policy-setting, or operations management and quality improvement.  The online MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management helps you explore various aspects of the healthcare system with an emphasis on the business of healthcare.

Genral Management

Human Resources Management

Risk Management and Insurance 

The online MBA Risk Management and Insurance concentration prepares you with the strategies and tools to take an active role in a company's risk management and insurance enterprise. Courses focus on theoretical and practical applications and highlight introductory and advanced topics in risk management as well as life, health, property and liability insurance with their related legal and compliance issues.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: For graduate programs, you will need to:

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Complete the full application
  • Submit official college transcripts
  • Resume that details your education and work experience, including how they pertain to your career goals. 
  • Submit your personal statement. Write a 250-word, typed, double-spaced essay describing your professional experience, goals and objectives for graduate study. How do you expect your graduate studies to enhance your future career?
  • Complete an interview. You’ll have an interview with Admissions or Faculty interview, generally by phone

For good cause shown, at the discretion of the Program Chair, institutional admissions requirements may be waived or altered upon written approval by the Program Chair.

COST:  The cost with the discount is $494 per credit hour, which has been reduced from $705 per credit hour. Plus, at Cambridge College, approximately 40% of courses eliminate the need for external books or materials.
